Archived Webcast FAQs
How do I access the archived webcasts?
The archived webcasts are available on the chapter extranet.
GCSAA Chapter Services facilitates these webcasts and then
provides the archive on this site for your convenience. You'll
always find them in the GCSAA Programs area of the chapter
extranet. Find out more about upcoming
webcasts, or visit the webcast
Accessing the archived webcasts is as simple as clicking a link. View the archived webcasts page, select the archive link next to the webcast name. When you are prompted, choose Run from the dialog box. The archive will open and begin.
When I select Run, I receive an error message that there is not digital signature. What do I do?
More than likely a security setting in your browser is causing this error message. To resolve this error when trying to access these archived webcasts, go to the Tools menu at the top of your browser (Internet Explorer browser). Select Internet Options. Select the last tab called "Advanced" and scroll to the bottom of that menu to Security. Under the Security heading, make sure "Check for signatures on downloaded programs" in not checked. If so, uncheck that option and choose the OK button.
