Select your registration package and tournament events and information on page 2, and use page 3 to indicate seminar selections, donate to the Environmental Institute for Golf, register your family for trade show access, and provide payment information. Payment must be included to complete your registration.

Registration fees

All registrations received on or before Jan. 13, 2014, will be processed at the advance registration prices (see below). Forms received after Jan. 13, 2014, will be processed at the standard rate (see below). Any additional funds due, based on this policy, will be payable before the event or on site. Sales tax is included in appropriate registration fees.

Registration options

Full conference package — your best value!

This option is for employees of golf courses or golf course maintenance facilities who wish to take advantage of the entire event experience.

Complimentary full conference package

Complimentary registration is offered to all classes of GCSAA retired, student, inactive and educator members, and all GCSAA members who have never used their one-time complimentary registration. Current member dues must be paid in full at the time of registration. GCSAA will confirm eligibility.

Employer/staff full conference package (mail or fax only)

Nonmember course employers and staff whose GCSAA member superintendent has registered for a full conference package may register at the member rate. The member must be registered prior to or at the same time as the staff registration. The superintendent's name and member number must be provided in the line next to this registration package.

Trade show package

This option is available to golf course or maintenance facility employees who are only able to attend the trade show.

Distributor package

This option is for distributors of golf, turf or facility products. GCSAA member classifications other than affiliate member classes (AF, AFC member contacts and AFCRs) are not eligible for this package.

Industry Pass (mail or fax only)

An industry pass is available to manufacturers/suppliers of golf course, clubhouse or facility products and services whose companies have never attended or have not exhibited at the show for five or more years previously and who are interested in exhibiting at future shows. This is available for a one-time use only.

Media registration

Media personnel must show proof as working press or media representation at the time of registration. Media may use the PDF registration form or submit registration online beginning Nov. 5. All submissions will be validated prior to registration completion. Media badges will grant access to the education conference and trade show. Seminar access will need to be approved separately.

Tournament registration

GCSAA members can now add tournament events to their conference and trade show package as one transaction. If you cannot attend the show, please select the Tournament Only option on page 2. (The Tournament Only option is not available online. Please mail or fax the registration forms.)

Seminar selections

Seminar titles, descriptions and codes can be found in the seminar guide. Seminar fees are NOT included in any of the registration options. All seminars require an additional fee and have variable pricing. Korean and Spanish seminars: The price for one in-language seminar is $145.

Review the seminar descriptions and include your first, second and third choice options on page 3. Because class sizes are limited, it may be necessary to assign one of your alternate choices. Special note: Online registration is real-time and you will know what seminars are available as you go through the registration process.

Family registration

Registration is offered to the spouse or significant other of the main registrant for $25. Dependent children of the main registrant may be registered at no charge. This registration is only needed if your family would like access to the trade show. Business partners and associates may not register as guests.

Golf Industry Show badges must be worn for admittance onto the show floor. The parent or guardian must sign a Release and Hold Harmless Agreement for children ages 12 and under prior to the children being allowed on the trade show floor. These agreements will be available on site in the registration area.  

Tournament participants have the option to purchase additional family social tickets for persons age 21 and older, which will entitle the guest to participate in those additional events. Guests under the age of 21 do not need a ticket and will be admitted free of charge.

Cancellation requests

Cancellation requests must be in writing, and should be mailed to the registration address, faxed to the registration number or emailed to mbrhelp@gcsaa.org. The request must be received by the deadlines below to be eligible for a refund. A $35 administrative fee will be charged for any cancellations. Please call 800-472-7878 if you have any questions.

* Exceptions to the tournament deadline may be granted in the event of documented injury or medical emergency. No refunds will be granted for any reason after the start of competition.
