The Speedwing snowplow from Blizzard Snowplows combines a unique multiposition blade design with the control simplicity of a straight-blade snowplow, the company says. The Speedwing can move snow like a v-plow but is as operator-friendly as a straight blade, the company adds. Features include its multiposition design, allowing it to default to a scoop position for straight-ahead plowing. When angled, the trailing wing falls in line with the blade while the leading wing maintains its forward position to reduce spillover and use the entire blade width for high-capacity windrowing. The wings also can be fixed in a straight-blade position for back-dragging applications. Engineered for reduced maintenance costs, the Speedwing is said to maximize productivity while simplifying operator involvement. Contact Blizzard Snowplows, (www.blizzardplows.com).
