Profiling the game. GCSAA and The Environmental Institute for Golf have embarked on an ambitious project to extract detailed data about the game, its playing fields and the role both play in our natural environments. The Golf Course Environmental Profile will be a series of five surveys touching on everything from water use and nutrient inputs. The first survey focused on the physical properties of a golf course, and full results can be found on GCSAA’s Web site by accessing www.eifg.org/programs/GCRPfullreport.pdf |
