2011 GCSAA Education Conference and the Golf Industry
A chapter room block must be at least 10 rooms and guarantees a confirmed number of sleeping rooms will be available for your chapter members. Chapter room-block requests will be processed in the order of receipt. For best selection, complete and return forms by Aug. 20. Housing for individual reservations and conference registration will open Tuesday, Oct. 5.

To reserve a block of rooms for your chapter:
Review the Hotel Locator Map and determine which hotels would most suit your chapter's needs.
Complete and return the Chapter Room Block Request Form. For forms received by Aug. 20, confirmation of your room block will be e-mailed to you on or around Sept. 1. This confirmation e-mail will include instructions on processing your reservations online, managing them and running reports.
Any rooms in the block not reserved by Nov. 24 will be released for sale to other attendees.

Planning a meeting or function?
If you would like to host an event at one of the conference hotels, complete the Meeting Room or Function Space Request Form. Your request will be forwarded to the hotel’s event services department, and you will be contacted within 10 business days to discuss specific arrangements.
